This project involves the gut renovation of the existing 15,000 s.f. building along with a 10,000 s.f. addition designed to maintain the building’s colonial aesthetic. Borough offices will be increased in size and organized by department. The Police Department will be increased in size and brought up to current law enforcement codes and standards. The entire facility will have new electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems and the building will have new ADA access throughout. The project is expected to be completed in mid 2008.
