Ridgecrest Apartments - Common area renovations
Ridgewood, New Jersey

This 5,200 square foot project included renovations of common spaces such as the lobby, reception area, community room, reading room and main corridors. Before the renovation the spaces featured gray carpeting, stark white walls, and black & white floor tiling. We introduced a warm toned materials palette of wood wall panelling, carpet and stone tile, along with new lighting throughout to foster a more homely, unified common area.
