Joseph Frangiosa

Joseph has over 30 years of experience in the architectural field and has been with Arcari + Iovino Architects since 2007. He is involved in all aspects of our projects including design development, construction documents, code analysis, and contract administration. His breadth of experience extends to a wide range of project types, but the majority are rooted in the public sector, having completed multiple public safety buildings, libraries, municipal offices, and schools. Joseph has also developed many of the office’s quality control standards used in the production of construction documents. These detail oriented tasks all focus on coordination of the documents to reduce contractor change orders.

Outside of the office, Joseph enjoys spending time with his family, playing sports, and trips to the beach.
